silc-client fails on Socks 5 dependency

Socks5 is satisfied with package "dante". But that fails too (i guess problem
with gcc3  BUG=10589 )

Also there problem with co-existnce of irssi and silc-client... BUG=7023

Plz look into this

I shall take care of 7023 shortly. 

As for the other bugs reported - vapier should take care of them.

portage does not contain any socks libraries that'll make it happy

dante is a socks library, but this package does not use that socks library

in fact, i have no idea what it tries to use (it doesnt say anywhere)
