kxdocker works fine with amd64 but ~amd64 use flag is missing

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge kxdocker (in ~amd64)
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
the package is masked for ~amd64 (missing flag)

Expected Results:  
to have the~amd64 flag

also kxdocker-resources is masked

kde-misc/kxdocker{-0.39,-resources-0.14} both keyworded ~amd64.
