When doing a scripts/bootstrap.sh, the script tries to get texinfo-4.2.tar.gz
from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/texinfo
But it is not available from that location.

I got it from http://www.netsw.org/type/texinfo/ and put it in
/usr/portage/distfiles, but I guess it could be fixed by using a new version of
texinfo or by using another link to get the 4.2
