A drop down terminal, similar to the consoles in first person shooters.
Seven versions later than the ebuild pending for removal, with bugs corrected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.put the ebuild in $PORTDIR_OVERLAY/x11-terms/tilda
2.ebuild tilda-0.09.1.ebuild and add x11-terms/tilda-0.09.1 to /etc/portage/
package.unmask
3.emerge -av tilda

Actual Results:  
tilda is installed
