Opensp fails to compile with gcc-4.1 due to 
a reduntdant class qualifier in class prototype. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge opensp with gcc-4.1 
2. 
3. 
 
Actual Results:  
Build fails with error 

Expected Results:  
opensp compiles and installs
