feedonfeeds is a server-side RSS Aggregator written in PHP.  I have used it
under FreeBSD, apache2, and php5.  I have an installation running under Gentoo,
but I'm not familiar enough with ebuilds to write one myself.  It seems to be a
pretty typical PHP webapp, and I would be happy to test it.

Nevermind.  Upstream is dead, and two forks have been developed.  It would be better to pursue them.
