When I do emerge qtella, it says, that I haven`t kde libs, but I have it. So
qtella doesn`t compile. Other applications detect proper path to kdelibs and
kdeheaders (f.e. superkaramba).

Now:

"Reopen the bug when posting the output you get and your emerge info." means
that you need to:

1/ post the error messages you get when emerging qtella
2/ post emerge --info ouput
3/ then check *reopen* button in bugzilla and click on Commit button.

Contrary to what you probably think, it does *NOT* instruct you to keep on
hitting refresh icon in your browser every other hour and bugspam people.
