1) Incompatible with latest transcode which is required (mplex)
2) Does weird crap with background processes
3) Does weird crap with temp files
4) Can't rip the dvd
5) Says to report bugs to a mailing list, there is none listed on the sourceforge project page
6) All other forms of bug reporting are dead
