Upgrade to version 2.5.4 of mpage.  Also fixes a problem with mpage's PostScript
on HP5M printers.  The HP5M doesn't like mpage's "/setduplexmode false" if there
is no duplexer installed.  This upgrade fixes that problem.

In cvs. You don't have to attach an ebuild if you're basically renaming it...
