There is really no bug or problem here. libgtkhtml-2* and libgtkhtml3* are two different branches of a gtkhtml library and separately maintained(The S in the emerge output stands for slotted..man portage for more info). |
The newest gnome-python-extras (2.12.0) depends on the second oldest version of libgtkhtml (2.6.3).
