IMHO there should be && instead || (dspam-3.6.0.ebuild) 
   
use user-homedirs || myconf="${myconf} --enable-homedir" 
 
Maybe cause for a bug #109917 ?

Same for dspam-3.6.1...ouch.

And right below it:

    use clamav || myconf="${myconf} --enable-clamav"

Ouch!
