Wily is hosted on SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/wily/) the
current version is 0.13.41 and it compiles cleanly under x86_64. The ebuild
should be updated.

I'm not sure whether this is the recent version of wily, but it defintely
compiles under x86_64.

This depends on dev-libs/9libs-1.0-r1 which doesn't compile for me:
