Description Arc Riley 2005-11-03 13:14:13 UTC
Gay.com is a popular chat service for the LGBT community. This is a GPL'ed
plugin which allows GAIM users to chat on Gay.com chat without advertisements
and with less spam.

It's still heavily in development, but I've been using it for several months.
Tested only on X86 systems (P2, P3, K6-2, and AthlonXP).

- inheriting debug doesn't make sense

Is 'qrc' the name of the "gaym" plugin now? It looks to be.

If that is the case I'll make a qrc package under net-im.

Hopefully I can get to this tonight. Of course I've been saying that about a
lot of packages for the past week or so. :p
Comment 5 Arc Riley 2005-11-04 05:06:45 UTC
I'm unsure - it reports itself as Gaym in this version - I think they've been
using qrc as a project name but Gaym for the software name, though an email to
their list would probobally make a lot of sense.

Also, I was unable to get the newer versions to compile. I've been using this
ebuild for awile and just now got around to posting it here.

Thanks for picking it up so quickly :-)

I've just downloaded the attachement and run it. It ran fine, but did nothing. Nothing was built and (hence) nothing was installed.

(BTW, I'm running Portage 2.1-r1)

Please re-open if a version of this plugin that works with pidgin is released.
