The user has noticed that the gstreamer USE flag is missing from the
gnome-base/gnome-applets-2.12.1-r2 ebuild.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.At a console type: emerge =gnome-base/gnome-applets-2.12.1-r2 -atv

Actual Results:  
These are the packages that I would merge, in reverse order:

Expected Results:  
The gstreamer USE flag is not available for this particular ebuild. the line:
"[ebuild   R   ] gnome-base/gnome-applets-2.12.1-r2  -acpi +apm -debug +hal +ipv6"
should have the USE flag enabled/disabled.

The user noticed that previous versions of gnome-applets had this flag.

The user believes that the missing USE flag may be responsible for his Gnome's
volume applet to be missing.

As of 2.12.0, gstreamer is integrated within GNOME, and is required to build.
