emerging acroread with nsplugin does not make an symlink to /opt/firefox/plugins
but to /opt/netscape/plugins despite netscape is not even installed.

Well, gentoo's firefox looks in /opt/netscape/plugins for netscape-style plugins
.. so the directory is correct.
