Hello,

 as for the ULR, doxygen-1.4.5 has a couple of mistakes that 
can generate some frustration while checking the documentation.

Maybe you can put it is ~x86 or substitute with the last cvs,
20051024 that is working correctly, at least for me. Just 
thought worth mentioning.

Are the mistakes you're referring to in doxygen, or could it be in the support code, eg, graphviz, dot, etc.

I believe the problem is in doxygen itself, as for the 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319820
Should be ok now in cvs or in 1.4.6.
