Currently, the dodoc command is:

dodoc AUTHORS ChangeLog FAQ INSTALL NEWS README

However, there are other important docs that the user can benefit from. I
suggest importing the following as well.

COMPLIANCE docs/README-0.16.8 docs/README-config

This probably applies also to e 16.7.2, but I have not checked that ebuild.

changed the command to just run `dodoc README*`
