version 2.0.5 of pth has been released; "emake pth_p.h" is not needed anymore to
make parallel compile work.

Are you sure it is not needed anymore?
Here is what I got with MAKEOPTS="-j10":

"pth_uctx.c:31:19: pth_p.h: No such file or directory" (which leads to lots of
subsequent errors).

make file dependencies are not right.

Sorry, it only works with '-j2'.
