When emerging x11-misc/xcompmgr-1.1 it fails because it specifically wants
aclocal-1.7

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do not have automake-1.7 installed
2. Type 'emerge x11-misc/xcompmgr-1.1'

Actual Results:

That's not an ebuild bug. Re-emerge automake-wrapper (and *all* required
automake versions) and stop unmerging them.
