The Ktechlab is in the category for sci-mathematics. It is a simulation and
development environment for microcontrollers, as such I believe it should be
located in either dev-embedded or sci-electronics. Not sure which of the two
though since it is a simulator for microcontroller circuits and a development
environment

I would also like to see it moved out of sci-mathematics, I think it probably belongs in sci-electronics but wherever you think is fine. It certainly doesn't belong where it is now.
