Bug 109966 – libcddb-1.2.1 update needed

libcddb has had a number of updates in 2005 but they do not seem to be reflected
in portage. It would be helpful if a ~x86 version fo the ebuild could be updated
to version 1.2.1. I'm having to build this outside of portage.

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge libcddb
Actual Results:  
lightning ~ # ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge -pv libcddb

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
