After bug 67017 a manpages source file was constructed for netpbm 10.29. The
update to 10.30 expects a version 10.30 for these manpages which is nowhere to
be found on the distfile mirrors:

!!! Couldn't download netpbm-10.30-manpages.tar.bz2. Aborting.

Here is a fixed ebuild that works.

I'm sorry, but the ebuild at comment #1 does not fix anything.
It basically specifies the sources for netpbm twice, omitting the manual pages
altogether. Yes it will merge, but its not correct.

Its seems that the netpbm manpages were not repackaged for 10.30. Nevertheless,
I believe that 10.29 manpages are the same.

This ebuild applies the 10.29 manpages, and I verified that they worked.

Pardon me for that first ebuild.
