The --dups functionality of qpkg is not in equery. qpkg shouln't be removed
until we can check for duplicated packages with equery.

bug 109156, --dups capability is InSVN, so it shouldn't be too long.

the file is still installed so if you want to use it, just symlink it or make an
alias
