The kde maintainer of kMathTools apparently doesn't update the sources that  
often, and one of the kde developers has requested it be removed. See the URL 
for details.

Right, we didn't notice kmathtool was not compiled by default. 
kdeedu-meta does not compile it by default now.

Because we weren't told to mark 3.4.2 stable, it's downgrading arts and kdelibs
to 3.4.1 on people's machines.
