Description Anders Rune Jensen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-10-12 12:44:03 UTC
Hi

There is no 2.8.x that is stable on all arches so this is a request to get the
2.8.16-r1 release marked stable on all arches. I has been working great on amd64
and x86 for me for some months now.

Thanks.

arm done with "sh love"

@mips and ppc-macos, is there a problem with this sqlite version or didn't you find the time/ressources to test? (I am curious because there will be another stablisation request for newer -- 2.8.16-r4 and 3.3.5-r1 -- versions soon.)

Interest. Apple provides already an sqlite, so it's in our package.mask because it clashes with the system install.

Anyway, ppc-macos stable for progressive users.

I take it sqlite-2.8 is a somewhat different beast to 3.x?

Because the testkit for 3.x fails for me:

It is. The test is a bitch to run in the sandbox.

This bug is outdated by bug #118429 "stablize =dev-db/sqlite-2.8.16-r4 and =dev-db/sqlite-3.3.5-r1"
