I have the same problem after upgrading to evolution-2.4.1 from 2.2.3-r3. I have the same issue here but the filesystem is locally mounted. spider ~ # emerge info Portage 2.0.53_rc5 (default-linux/x86/2005.0, gcc-3.4.4, glibc-2.3.5-r2, 2.6.13-gentoo-r1 i686) ================================================================= System uname: 2.6.13-gentoo-r1 i686 Pentium III (Coppermine) Gentoo Base System version 1.12.0_pre9 dev-lang/python: 2.4.2 sys-apps/sandbox: 1.2.13 sys-devel/autoconf: 2.13, 2.59-r7 sys-devel/automake: 1.4_p6, 1.5, 1.6.3, 1.7.9-r1, 1.8.5-r3, 1.9.6-r1 sys-devel/binutils: 2.16.1 sys-devel/libtool: 1.5.20 virtual/os-headers: 2.6.11-r2 ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="x86 ~x86" AUTOCLEAN="no" CBUILD="i686-pc-linux-gnu" CFLAGS="-march=pentium3 -O3 -pipe" CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu" CONFIG_PROTECT="/etc /usr/kde/2/share/config /usr/kde/3.4/env /usr/kde/3.4/share/config /usr/kde/3.4/shutdown /usr/kde/3/share/config /usr/lib/X11/xkb /usr/lib/mozilla/defaults/pref /usr/share/config /var/qmail/control" CONFIG_PROTECT_MASK="/etc/gconf /etc/terminfo /etc/texmf/web2c /etc/env.d" CXXFLAGS="-march=pentium3 -O3 -pipe" DISTDIR="/var/distfiles" FEATURES="autoconfig buildpkg ccache distlocks sandbox sfperms strict userpriv" GENTOO_MIRRORS="http://gentoo.osuosl.org/ http://chod.cwru.edu/gentoo ftp://ftp.ussg.iu.edu/pub/linux/gentoo http://gentoo.ccccom.com" MAKEOPTS="-j3" PKGDIR="/var/packages" PORTAGE_TMPDIR="/var/tmp" PORTDIR="/usr/portage" PORTDIR_OVERLAY="/usr/local/portage" SYNC="rsync://rsync.us.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage" USE="x86 X alsa apache2 arts avi berkdb bitmap-fonts bonobo cdr crypt cscope cups curl dba eds emacs emboss esd ethereal evo fam flac foomaticdb foreign-package foreign-sysvinit fortran gd gdbm gif gnome gstreamer gtk gtk2 guile hal howl imagemagick imlib java jikes jpeg kde ldap leim libg++ libwww mad mbox mikmod mmx mozilla mp3 mpeg mysql ncurses network nntp nptl nvidia offensive ogg oggvorbis opengl operanom2 pam pdflib perl png python qt quicktime readline real rtc sdl slang spell sqlite sse ssl svga tcltk tcpd tetex tiff truetype truetype-fonts type1-fonts videos vorbis win32codecs xine xml xml2 xmms xv zlib userland_GNU kernel_linux elibc_glibc" Unset: ASFLAGS, CTARGET, LANG, LC_ALL, LDFLAGS, LINGUAS spider ~ # You can take me off this list. I apparently had an instance of evolution crash and I got this message (working remotely through vnc) until I got home and acknowledge the crash diaglog box. That may be another bug entirely :) please upgrade to evolution-2.6 ( just marked stable with GNOME 2.14 ) and re-open the bug if you can still reproduce it. |
