Hello,

I have esd disabled and arts enabled in /etc/make.conf, however, when I emerge
everybuddy, I see this output from configure:

checking whether we want ESD support... yes
checking for esd-config... no
checking for ESD - version >= 0.2.7... no
*** The esd-config script installed by ESD could not be found
*** If ESD was installed in PREFIX, make sure PREFIX/bin is in
*** your path, or set the ESD_CONFIG environment variable to the
*** full path to esd-config.
checking for artsc-config... /usr/kde/2/bin/artsc-config
checking for ARTS... automatic: no
*** Could not run ARTS test program, checking why...
*** The test program compiled, but did not run. This usually means
*** that the run-time linker is not finding ARTS or finding the wrong
*** version of ARTS. If it is not finding ARTS, you'll need to set your
*** LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable, or edit /etc/ld.so.conf to point
*** to the installed location Also, make sure you have run ldconfig if that
*** is required on your system
***
*** If you have an old version installed, it is best to remove it, although
*** you may also be able to get things to work by modifying LD_LIBRARY_PATH

I don't particularly care about the ESD issue, since its not installed, I
don't care what it does in the configure problem, but it looks like an error
which may disturb some people.

I'd like everybuddy to compile with arts support, so I guess thats a bug...
