Since icaclient-8.0-r3.ebuild changes the path of the installation directory
from /usr/lib to /opt, Citrix_PNA.desktop & wfcmgr.desktop files need to be
modified accordly with the ebuild.

Patch for 0.9 ebuild

I have made some changes to the 0.9 ebuild so it generates the new .desktop file automatically.  I also removed the GNOME use flag, since it works fine in KDE as well.
It also creates a wrapper script that strips LC_ALL and LANG.  If the ICA Client is run with a locale different from English, it will give an error on staartup and use ages to connect to a server.  Since it only supports English anyway, it should not cause any problems (it works for me, at least).

I have deployed several x86 computers with the 0.9 client, and they work fine, so I propose marking 0.9 stable on x86 (not included in patch).
