net-www/mod_auth_mysql is still using the old apache2 config-structure
and place his config files in /etc/apache2/conf/modules.d. This will lead to a non
starting apache2 until the files are moved to /etc/apache2/modules.d and
/etc/apache2/conf is deleted.

No, it does not. Use the ~arch version.
