when glibc is installed with the nptlonly use flag set, kscreensaver fails to
find libqt-mt. config.log shows unresolved symbols in the qt library for pthreads. 

expected behavior:
kscreensaver (maybe even qt, whichever depends on having a pthread
implementation) should block attempts of emerging when then use flag is set

reproducable always
