After the upgrade to mozilla firefox 1.0.7 I've got problems with font rendering
in all the WordPress blog who use the (I suppose) standard template, see, for
example http://diva.mdk.org.pl/2005/09/21/opengl-2#comments (usernames in
comments) or http://dju.elegiac.net/log/2005/08/08/spread-gentoo/ (last line).
This happens when the fonts should be bold, and doesn't happen if I force
another font, ie. Luxi Serif.

I don't know if this problem is reproducible, this is a screenshot:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade to mozilla firefox 1.0.7
2. open a site generated by WordPress
Actual Results:  
bad font rendering

Please try with mozilla-firefox-1.0.7-r1 and reopen if still an issue.

No changes with 1.0.7-r1.
Also, yesterday I noticed a growing memory usage by 1.0.7 and once firefox-bin
was killed by OOM killer. Don't know if 1.0.7-r1 is affected, eventually I'll
open another bug.

after reading bug #107372 I checked, and this is the same problem: for example
in the link http://diva.mdk.org.pl/2005/09/02/gdv-demo you can see "4:OD"
instead of "28MB", and with the spacing needed for 28MB, so the characters
overlap, or  "Wrfcvg<" instead of "Update:".
