Bug 107231 – Section 2 Kernel Setup could be improved

The current document ends the last non-code text part of Section 2, Kernel Setup:

"It does not matter whether you build the features into the kernel or as a
module so long as when the feature is needed, the correct module(s) are loaded
(module loading is left to the reader as a fun exercise however)."

The final bit in parentheses comes off as a bit elitist, and could be improved.

The sentence could easily be rewritten to retain a funny tone, yet be helpful,
such as 

"If your module loading skills are rusty, consult the Gentoo Handbook for
examples, particularly Section 3.c on Manual Network configuration."

I don't think that it is elitist, I'd say that it's just an attempt to be 
funny.

I agree; the sentence isn't offensive imo; rewriting it would just make our
translators unhappy.
