It's not libbonobo that depends on libIDL, it's orbit that does, and it's dep is fine. You probably need to re-emerge orbit. The deps in libbonobo and orbit are correct. This is a local problem with
/usr/bin/orbit-idl-2 on your system. Try using revdep-rebuild or re-emerging
>=gnome-base/orbit-2 to fix it.
