unrealircd-3.2.3-r1.ebuild successfully compiled and working great on following 
environment:
CFLAGS = "-O2 -mcpu=ultrasparc -pipe -frename-registers"
USE = "-curl hub -ipv6 ssl zlib"


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add "~sparc" to variable KEYWORDS in unrealircd-3.2.3-r1.ebuild
2. change md5sum and size record in Manifest file for unrealircd-3.2.3-r1.ebuild
3. emerge unrealircd

Actual Results:  
Without steps above ebuild failed to install even with 
ACCEPTED_KEYWORDS="~spark".

Expected Results:  
Specified ebuild shuold be in portage with "~spark" keyword.
