Bug 107093

Summary: in synaptics ebuild 0.14.3 the man pages are in the wrong directory
Product: Gentoo Linux Reporter: David Kiliani <mail>
Component: Current packagesAssignee: Gentoo Linux bug wranglers <bug-wranglers>
Status: RESOLVED DUPLICATE
Severity: minor
Priority: High
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: Linux
Whiteboard:
Package list:
Runtime testing required: ---

Description David Kiliani 2005-09-24 07:33:40 UTC
The man pages of this ebuild are filed under /usr/man/man1/ instead of /usr/man/
, e.g. /usr/man/man1/man1/synclient.1
They are therefore not displayed.
This also leads to a false positive with rkhunter (check for /usr/man/man1/man1/)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge synaptics-0.14.3

Expected Results:
afaik before 0.14.3 the man-pages were put into the correct dirs.
