SuSE has default aliases as l ll. These are great aliases. I add them on my
gentoo system by hand. Is it possible to add these aliases to bashrc as default?

Well ... I don't want them ;-) (just kidding)

you can just add them to /etc/profile or .bashrc or ......

Since they are not provided by upstream and Gentoo usually doesn't do any
customization I think this is not a bug and should be closed (although you are
free to disagree and reopen)
