build of pango 1.10 fails if Cairo does not have the "png" use flag enabled. 
This was seen on AMD64 but may apply to other arches.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compile cario w/o "png" use flag
2. emerge pango 1.10
3. watch build fail

Actual Results:  
build fails

Expected Results:  
build suceedes

echo "x11-libs/cairo png" >> /etc/portage/package.use fixes and allows the build
to continue to completion.
