amule compilation stopped asking headers for cripto++ >= 5.1, but it is not  
installed on emerge -uD amule. crypto++ 5.2.1 is stable on portage. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge amule 2.0.3-r1 
2. bummer 
 
Actual Results:  
compilation complained about lack of headers 

Expected Results:  
All dependencies should be installed when package emerged.
