Amarok dies on compile time using these USE flags:
media-sound/amarok-1.3.1-r2  +arts -debug +flac +gstreamer +kde +kdeenablefinal
+mp3 +musicbrainz +mysql -noamazon +opengl -postgres +visualization +vorbis
+xine -xinerama -xmms 0 kB

The error involes a missing dbsetup.h include, this is due to filenaming. The
actual filename is DbSetup.h, for some reason they have included both?


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use above use flags.
2. Remerge amarok.
3. Get an error.

DbSetup proposed patch.

Fixes firstrunwizard.ui and Options7.ui to remove the include for "dbsetup.h".
