Work is actually progressing on it, though I still haven't uploaded the latest
completed bits. Rest assured, I will finish it very soon. (Please don't take it
away from me!) :)

And yes, I keep it current with the GuideXML format guidelines as they're
currently listed on g.o. And I even left out the "editor" attribute, just for you.

Also has GuideXML fixes for linewidth. And a missing pair of <p> tags have been
added. It's been valid XML the whole time; I just forgot to mark a paragraph
(!!).

This has a fixed <guide> tag that includes the new "disclaimer" attribute, and
also removes the <note> in the body.
