emerge kdegames and other ebuilds requires doxygen dependency
doxygen seems to compile but not install
ACCESS DENIED
wr /lib64/graphviz/config
checked file, does not exist
tried touch config
same result


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge doxygen
2.wait for error
3.submit bug

Actual Results:  
the download and compile continued until the error in access appeared
the real problem is that doxygen is a dependency for many other packages

Expected Results:  
installed doxygen
should have created file if not found
or reported ways to correct

app-doc/doxygen-1.4.3-r1 compiles fine for me, even with USE="qt doc tetex".

Please use "New -> Gentoo Linux -> Component: Ebuilds" in future. Infrastructure
is not the correct addressee.

It's a problem with the graphviz version you have installed, not doxygen.
