mt-daapd 0.2.3 is released. This fixes the error with iTunes 5, and the compile
problem on BSD.

Simply renaming the existing ebuild to 0.2.3 works fine...

This is kinda high priority because the new itunes (5) doesnt work with earlier versions, makeing them 
basicly useless to most people.
