Description Raymond Lewis Rebbeck 2005-09-13 23:28:36 UTC
electric is a CAD program allowing one to design a variety of electric
circuits.

electric-7.00 is currently not keyworded for amd64 so I have been unmasking
the ~x86 ebuild for my 64-bit system. There were no issues when compiling, I
have compiled both with and without the qt USE flag.

I have been using the program on and off for several months, designing
circuits for some university work. I've been creating schematics and layouts,
as well as running simulations on those schematics both manually and with
simulation scripts. I have also been creating icons and performing a variety
of other miscellaneous tasks with electric. I'm yet to encounter any issues
with running this program on a 64-bit machine.

The ebuild should be keyworded for ~amd64.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. # echo 'sci-electronics/electric-7.00 ~x86'
>> /etc/portage/package.keywords
2. emerge electric
3. run electric

Actual Results:

I can confirm that the amd64 ebuild works; good to mark ~amd64.

Marked ~amd64. Thanks for reporting/testing.
