Bug 105727 – subversion is not including support for http nor https

I emerged subversion but i didn't get https support with it. 
 
trying to check out something gives me this: 
svn: Unrecognized URL scheme for 'https://host/trunk/stuff' 
 
svn --version gives this:

* ra_svn : Module for accessing a repository using the svn network protocol. 
  - handles 'svn' scheme

emerge -vp subversion gives this:

Not at all, you have a broken neon version, downgrade it and re-emerge
subversion.  ;)
