I know Messer for a long time. I'm sure that he knows Gentoo very well and i
really like him, but he just isn't a dev. He is listed as Polish GWN translator,
but didn't contribute to that project for really long time (more than a year?).
It's me who does that work now (well, with good team backing me up). I wanted to
ask devrel to remove him from rollcall page.
