Description Saleem Abdulrasool (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-09-10 15:02:53 UTC
The SPIM build system requires imake and xmkmf which were only available through
X up to this point. When the modular X is complete, imake and xmkmf will be
available as seperate packages, depend on those rather than xorg-x11.

Just to update: these packages are now in the tree. It's sufficient to DEPEND
on xmkmf, as it needs imake to function anyways.

patch to spim ebuilds for modular x support

I'm posting here a fixed version of the patch from my bug which was marked a dup of this one. This fixes the imake dep as well as the library and header deps for modular X.

Oh, and BTW this should block #112675, not #112004. But I can't fix that. ;-(
Comment 5 Saleem Abdulrasool (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-22 00:30:31 UTC
fixed with -r3.
