xcdroast can't download the file xcdroast-0.98_alpha15_new_configure.tar.gz on
the various mirrors it tries. I have just done a emerge --sync so my portage
files are up to date.

The following forum thread suggests a fix
http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-370087-highlight-xcdroast.html which seems
to works. 

It suggests downloading the file from
http://mirror.eacoss.org/software/gentoo/distfiles/xcdroast-0.98_alpha15_new_configure.tar.gz
 and placing it in your distfiles directory.
