Run mc. Press F9 and go to "SMB link..". Enter machine name. Enter "Domain",
"Username" and "Password". Select smb share and press enter. mc crush with
message SEGMENTATION FAULT.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge net-fs/samba
2.USE="samba" emerge app-misc/mc
3.

Actual Results:  
mc segmentation fault after trying open smb shares

Expected Results:  
mc open smb shares

This bug reproduce with next ebuilds:
app-misc/mc-4.6.0-r14
net-fs/samba-3.0.14a-r2

with samba <=3.0.10 all work OK!
I try samba 3.0.2a, 3.0.4 and 3.0.10

also confirmed on x86_64 with 
samba-3.0.14a-r2
mc-4.6.0-r14

Please, try with mc-4.6.1 and report back. It should have samba issues fixed (the broken samba patch has been dropped).
