I cant build doxygen i get access violations on
open_wr:   /usr/lib64/graphviz/config

Which version of graphviz?  Some should work (all of them up to 2.4 seem to work 
for me on x86, and 1.16 on sparc) for you...  If you can get one installed then 
doxygen should build okay.  Graphviz 2.6 should have a newer config switch that 
should fix these issues (in theory; see the other bug).
