Bug 1050 – alsa-tools-0.9.0_beta12.ebuild version of the previous alsa-driver-0.9.0_bet

This ebuild updates the ALSA tools to 0.9.0beta12.  It is a modified
version of the previous alsa-tools-0.9.0_beta10-r1.ebuild. 
alsa-tools-0.9.0_beta12 is dependent on alsa-driver-0.9.0_beta12 and
alsa-lib-0.9.0_beta12.

This goes for all of the alsa ebuilds that have dependencies on other alsa
packages. Why not change:

DEPEND="virtual/glibc 
        ~media-libs/alsa-lib-0.9.0_beta12
        >=x11-libs/gtk+-1.0.1"
to
DEPEND="virtual/glibc 
        ~media-libs/alsa-lib-${PV}
        >=x11-libs/gtk+-1.0.1"

If the ebuild goes to the trouble of transforming $PV into the correct archive
name, I guess so that one can create a new ebuild simply by renaming it, why not
have the dependencies work the same way?
